Professional buyers, distributors and agents from all over the world in the hotel and catering industry, coffee, ice cream and baking industry, bar clubs, supermarket-retail industry and other industries visited the exhibition by a total of 159,267 professional visitors, an increase of 8.89% year-on-year, with professional visitors from 123 countries and regions around the world, including 5,502 overseas visitors

In 2020, HOTELEX exhibitors and their exhibits from 116 countries and regions, attracting a total of 2,567 high-quality catering service exhibitors. Exhibits are mainly from East China, South China, North China, Northeast four regions, in terms of China mainland. Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and other international and regional products accounted for 42.37 percent of the total number of exhibits.
