德国肉类加工展IFFA是肉类加工行业的世界顶级展览会，始于1949年，每三年举办一届，展商和观众来自近百个国家和地区。
专业性强：该展会除了涉及以畜禽业屠宰、肉类加工及包装机械、肉类食品的香精香料，肉类食品的储藏及运输、肉制品销售等为主的专业领域，近年来还对企业在卫生、保存、安全测试或称重系统等方面的需求增加有所重视。除了大多数从事畜禽屠宰、肉食品加工包装、肉类机械设计制造、宾馆、酒店餐饮方面的专业观众外，很多其他食品检验检测和进出口贸易的人士也越来越多地聚集在IFFA的展会现场，使该展会真正成为全球规模最大、最受关注的肉类工业展。
专业性强：德国法兰克福肉类加工工业展览会IFFA是肉类加工行业的世界顶级展览会，始于1949年，每三年举办一届，展商和观众来自近百个国家和地区。2013年法兰克福国际肉类加工工业展览会整个展会展出面积为109,000平方米，其中，由142个国家和地区的966家参展商以及超过60,000名观众参加了该展会。来自德国以外的国际观众比例达到历史最高的62%。观众中拥有自主决策权的比例也非常高，其中57%是企业的老总或高层决策者，还有15％是正在担任部门经理等重要职务。97%的观众表示满意或非常满意。博览会取得极大成功，贸易效果很好。
