The 17th edition of Food and Hotel Malaysia (FHM), Malaysia’s premier trade-only food and hospitality exhibition will be held from 19 September – 22 September 2023 at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC). Bringing business back to normal and creating new excitement with the return capacity of 10 halls.

Play with the colors, textures, or aromas, Food & Hotel Malaysia 2023 tells all about desserts, showpieces, and the art of pastries infused with Malaysian and Asian flavors. Witness how the top Malaysian pastry chefs put their skills to the test to deliver impeccable creations at the event with the use of innovative techniques, ingredients, and state-of-the-art machinery.

Malaysian Association of Hotels (MAH), together with Informa Markets, Professional Culinaire Association of Malaysia (PCA) and The Malaysian Food and Beverage Executives Association (MFBEA), in conjunction with Food & Hotel Malaysia 2023 (FHM 2023), is proud to bring you the most coveted culinary competition in the South East Asia – Culinaire Malaysia 2023. Returning for the year 2023, this year the competition is set to take place from 19th September to 22nd September 2023 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC). The event is expected to draw in more than 1000 participants and 50 professional judges from various parts of the world.

Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre

The Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre is a purpose-built convention and exhibition facility strategically located in the Kuala Lumpur City Centre overlooking the iconic PETRONAS Twin Towers and the 50-acre KLCC Park.

The facility offers 22,659sqm of function space, including two auditoria; 3000-seat Plenary Hall and Plenary Theatre for 500; a Grand Ballroom which seats 2,000 diners, Banquet Hall for 750, three Conference Halls, eight Exhibition Halls (12,310 sqm of column-free exhibition space on a single level including a 2,600 sqm standalone marquee) and 23 meeting rooms, ancillary facilities, and the latest in wireless, 3G telecommunications and digital audiovisual services.
