From finding sales leads to setting up effective business processes to developing effective leadership skills, the Convention’s business operations sessions can help your water treatment business thrive. And for those wanting a more intensive, personal experience, we’ve set aside a full day before Convention starts for dealers to learn new skills in marketing and finances. Consider joining us April 17 for the 2023 WQA Business Boot Camp (separate registration required).
Professional Certification
Many of the Convention education sessions offer Continuing Professional Development credits needed to maintain your WQA Professional Certification Title. Plan your time properly, and you could earn a year’s worth of credit needed for recertification at this one Convention! Browse the education schedule for accredited sessions to see what’s possible.
Not certified yet? For the first time since 2019, we’re offering professional certification exams during the Convention, to those who are eligible and pre-registered.

Get started early with the WQA Business Boot Camp, one day before the Convention opens (additional fee applies).
Boot Camp is a day set aside for dealers to step away from working in their business to work on their business. Get access to rich interactive content focused on marketing and finance. Learn critical business skills you can use upon your return to work. Hear from experts in the field while learning from those beside you in the trenches.
