SACHSENBACK is the most important trade fair for the bakery and confectionery trade in Central and Eastern Germany - a strong trade fair for a strong region. More than 8,000 visitors from the baking trades meet over 200 exhibitors on three days, discuss new products and exchange information and ideas on the developments in the industry. The key areas of the exhibition include working and operating technology, raw materials, merchandise, shop fixtures and fittings, sales promotion, as well as services associated with the baking trade. The baking forum 2.0 complements the trade fair as a further attraction. Topics such as the preparation of sweet fruit, canapés, tarts, etc., as well as the manufacture of showcase pastries, are to the fore.

In 2019, SACHSENBACK offered even more space for ideas, trends and innovations for the bakery and confectionery trade with an informative accompanying programme. In the “BackingForum” with practical demonstrations, you were able to exchange knowledge and experiences. Professionals and visitors could find lots of occasions for stimulating discussions and meetings at the stand of the Saxony Bakers' Guild (Saxonia) and BÄKO. In addition, numerous events in and around Dresden attracted many well-known and new visitors.
