注塑模具加工厂如何选择标准模胚,减少加工时间

注塑模具因不同塑料制品定制而成﹐但是注塑模具结构又有很多相似的地方﹐因此为了更加效率地制造模具,注塑模具加工厂开始使用一些标准模胚﹐在定制开模中,注塑模具加工厂只需要制造不同的成型零件,就能注塑不同的塑料制品,大大减少了注塑模具加工的时间。那么注塑模具加工厂在选择标准模胚时需要注意哪些问题呢?

一、模胚厚度与注塑机闭合距离对于不同型号规格的注塑机是不一样的,不一样结构形式的锁模机构闭合距离也不同。

二、注塑模开模行程与前后模分开的间距与顶出零件所需行程的尺寸关系,在设计就必须明确,出模行程应大于取出塑件所需前后模分开的间距,而顶出塑胶件所需的间距应小于注塑机顶出液压缸额定的出模行程。

三、注塑模具加工厂在安装标准模架时应注意以下事项:

1)标准模胚外形尺寸不应受注射机拉杆的间距影响;

2)定位孔径与定位环尺寸需配合良好;

3)注射机推出机构的位置及顶杆行程是否适当;

4)喷嘴孔径和球面半径是否与模具的浇注套孔径和球面凹槽尺寸相匹配;

5)模胚安装孔的位置和孔径应与注塑机的移动模板和固定模板上相应的螺孔相匹配。

四、注塑模具加工厂选择模架时,需要了解塑件及其注塑成型工艺的技术要求,保障塑料零件和注塑模具的性能和可靠性,需要对模胚零件的力学性能,特别是模胚的强度和刚度进行核验和计算,以确保前后模及支撑板的尺寸满足模具结构的需求。
