Danai Pump Industry Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Dalian Acid Resistant Pump Factory, hereinafter referred to as "Danan Pump Industry"), founded in 1953, is the birthplace of my country's national chemical process pumps and corrosion-resistant pump products. It focuses on petrochemical, coal chemical, fine chemical and related fluid transportation fields, integrating design and manufacturing, carrying many localization tasks, and is a member of the National Pump Standardization Technical Committee. There are four products exhibited by Danai Pump Industry this time, all of which are for the application of key pumps in the petrochemical field, and are also the latest independent innovative products launched by Danai Pump Industry.
Among them, the ASD H pump is a horizontal split two-stage pump, which is a new pump type independently developed based on the project of oil transportation in the storage tank area. Only two-stage impellers can achieve high-flow and high-lift oil transportation. The design parameters are completely customized for the storage field, so all of them can achieve efficient operation and strong anti-cavitation ability. In addition, the ASD H pump has fewer intermediate transitions and its pump efficiency can reach the first-class energy efficiency level; the unique rigid shaft system design makes the pump run stably, occupies little space, the pipeline layout meets the installation requirements of the tank area, and is easy to maintain, which is especially favored by customers in the petrochemical industry.

Compared with the ASD H pump, the ASD M pump has a higher head and a multi-stage impeller. The horizontal split self-balancing design structure is designed for long-distance transportation of oil pipelines and finished oil pipelines. It is also used for offshore platforms, boiler feed water, and high-pressure water pipeline pressurization. It has a wide range of applications. In recent years, in addition to the petrochemical field, this type of pump has also been widely used in the chemical field, such as lean liquid pumps and semi-lean liquid pumps in low-temperature methanol washing units of synthetic units.
The HB pump is a high-pressure horizontal multi-stage barrel pump that can achieve normal speed and high-speed operation. It can not only be used for high-pressure water injection in oil fields and hydrogenation feed in petrochemicals, but also for high-temperature and high-pressure boiler feed water and chemical transportation in various processes; its pressure and application temperature far exceed the previous two models, which can exceed 400℃. The pump ensures the high-pressure and high-temperature resistance of the shell, as well as the safety and reliability of the high-speed operation of the rotor components. The product can realize the environmental protection concept of high efficiency and energy saving, reliable operation, and vibration indicators have reached the domestic advanced level.
In addition to the above three heavy-duty pumps in the petrochemical field, Danai Pump Industry also displayed a vortex pump. The pump is a light-load type, specially used for conveying materials that are easy to clog, such as rubber particles, fiber sewage, crystalline materials, etc. It has almost no damage to liquids and has a good reputation in the rubber and sewage treatment industries.
Many years ago, Danai Pump Industry was the first among domestic manufacturers in the same industry to introduce advanced design methods such as electronic selection software, 3D design software, PLM system and CAE simulation software, so that product research and development can be sustainable. In recent years, SAP, MES, SRM and CRE have been introduced to realize the digital operation of the entire life cycle of products.
