PCIM Asia, the leading industry conference in the field of power electronics in Asia, will return to Shanghai in August. The conference brings together leading experts and scholars from home and abroad to share the latest scientific research results and technologies in the fields of power electronics, intelligent drives, renewable energy and energy management. This year's conference will focus on the latest developments in wide bandgap devices, power semiconductors and packaging technology.

The 2023 PCIM Asia Shanghai International Power Components and Renewable Energy Management Exhibition will be held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center from August 29 to 31. This exhibition will bring together more than 180 exhibitors to showcase the latest technologies and products in power electronics technology. As a major event of each exhibition, the PCIM Asia International Conference will also return with the exhibition this year. In addition, there will be a number of oral presentations and poster presentations covering a wide range of power electronics segments. These presentations and presentations are led by industry experts and cover topics such as IGBT and SiC (silicon carbide) devices, advanced control and related hardware, Si and wide bandgap devices, motion control, power converters, power semiconductor modules, automotive applications, packaging and reliability, high power and grid applications, and power semiconductor devices.

The invited speakers of this year's seminar invited representatives from Infineon Technologies and Rompower Energy Systems to discuss the topic of high power density power supplies based on GaN devices.

At the same time, the seminar also shoulders the responsibility of industry education and will hold technical lectures on high-performance power modules and SiC devices. The lecture aims to introduce the key concepts, principles and applications of power modules, SiC (silicon carbide) devices and discrete devices. Participants will have a deep understanding of new technologies and development trends in the field of power semiconductors, and learn how to design and apply high-performance power modules and SiC devices to meet the needs of modern power conversion and energy management systems.

Three major awards recognize achievements in the power electronics industry
The PCIM Asia International Conference will once again award multiple awards to commend those who have made important contributions to industry innovation and sustainable development, and promote the iteration and update of electronic power technology.
