In the Swat River, 48 kilometers north of Peshawar, in the Northwest Frontier Province of Pakistan, as trucks continued to throw sand and gravel aggregates into the dragon mouth, the river water was successfully introduced into the diversion tunnel, and the Mohmand Hydropower Station was successfully closed. Pakistani dignitaries, military representatives, Chinese and Pakistani media, project builders and others witnessed this milestone moment together.

Among them, the maximum dam height of the Dashixia Hydropower Project under construction is 247 meters, which is the world's highest concrete panel dam; the completed Hubei Shuibuya Hydropower Station has a dam height of 233 meters, which is the world's second highest concrete panel dam; the Mohmand Hydropower Station under construction in Pakistan has a dam height of 213 meters, which is the highest concrete panel dam under construction abroad and the sixth highest in the world.
