中国领先的企业数字化运营和营销云平台爱点击集团iClick(NASDAQ:ICLK)发布截至2021年9月30日,未经审计的2021年第三季度财务业绩。

 

在爱点击的两大业务版块方面,企业数字化运营解决方案收入连续八个季度破历史纪录达到2,026万美元同比增长131%,主要得益于市场对线上线下消费者行为数据整合和数字化转型需求的持续增长。在线营销解决方案 收入在三季度稳步增长,达6,656万美元,同比增长11%。两大核心业务在2021年第三季度保持稳健增长,拉动公司第三季度收入达到8,682万美元,同比增长26%

在集团利润方面,2021年第三季度毛利润为2,172万美元,同比增长8%,主要得益于毛利率相对较高的“企业数字化运营解决方案”业务的贡献不断提高。

此外,根据非美国通用会计准则调整后EBITDA,在三季度达到358万美元。2021年第三季度调整后净利为83万美元

爱点击董事会主席、首席执行官兼共同创始人唐健表示,“由于市场对私域流量和线上线下数据打通的强劲需求,我们的‘企业数字化运营解决方案’连续八季度创新高,该业务收入同比增长131%至2,026万美元。‘在线营销解决方案’收入同比增长11%至6,656万美元,受广告行业整体疲软的影响,三季度增速较前几个季度有所放缓。”

股票回购计划

2020年12月10日,爱点击宣布董事会批准了一项股票回购计划,计划在2020年12月30日至2021年12月31日期间回购最高价值达1,500万美元的股票。另外,董事会于2021年8月25日批准公司将此项股票回购计划的规模从1,500万美元提升至2,500万美元。截止至2021年9月30日,回购股票的总价值约为740万美元。
