1月4日，黑龙江飞鹤乳业有限公司（以下简称“飞鹤乳业”）与嘉必优生物技术(武汉)股份有限公司（以下简称“嘉必优”）战略合作签约仪式在北京举行。今后双方就供应链、研发创新、技术储备等诸多方向建立长期稳定的合作关系。
飞鹤乳业于2002年5月28日成立，法定代表人为张永久，注册资本为4500万美元，经营范围包括生产乳制品乳粉（全脂乳粉、调制乳粉）、液态乳（灭菌乳、调制乳）等。该公司由飞鹤中国营养香港有限公司持股100%。该公司对外投资企业共25家，包括飞鹤（齐齐哈尔）乳品有限公司等。
嘉必优成立于2004年9月22日，法定代表人为易德伟，注册资本为1.2亿元，经营范围包括食品、食品添加剂及相关中间体（仅限分支机构生产），化妆品，饲料、饲料添加剂及相关中间体的生产等。该公司大股东为武汉烯王生物工程有限公司，持股44.27%。该公司有4家对外投资企业，包括嘉必优生物产业投资（武汉）有限公司等。
