11月20日，以“数字化驱动智慧海南建设”为主题的第五届中国人工智能与大数据海南高峰论坛在海口举行。期间，“2021年海南省十佳大数据应用案例”同步发布，由浪潮承建的“海南省智慧水网信息平台”成功入选。
作为中国人工智能与大数据海南高峰论坛的重磅环节之一，“十佳大数据应用案例”已连续发布4 年，由大数据产业联盟专家委员会遴选出在大数据技术攻关、模式创新、行业应用等方面走在行业领先地位、具备风向标作用的优秀成果。
作为海南省实现水治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要任务，“海南省智慧水网信息平台”通过管理网、工程网和信息网的三网协同，支撑南渡江防洪调度、松涛水库“四预”调度、大广坝灌区水资源配置，并以天然河流为经线，以人工渠系为纬线，水库为节点，为海南构建起了互联、互通、互调、互补的绿色智能水网。
