巴斯夫的电池粘合剂产品通过了与市场标准相对比的基准测试,部分结果优于市场标准。这是锂离子技术供应商CUSTOMCELLS® 近期为巴斯夫欧洲公司进行深度基准分析所得出的结果。该分析对Licity®水性负极粘合剂(丁苯乳液粘合剂)产品在加工性能、机械性能和电化学性能领域进行了测试。

与市售通用丁苯乳液对比测试表明,Licity® 2668 和Licity® 2680两款产品机械性能卓越

 

分析结果显示:

  • 所有Licity® 粘合剂均展现出绝佳的可加工性,可以更快速地制备浆料,提高负极活性材料的涂覆均匀度。

  • 与市售通用丁苯乳液对比测试表明,Licity® 2668 和Licity® 2680两款产品机械性能卓越。

  • Licity® 粘合剂展现出了优异的电化学性能,使含硅负极(SiOx)具有绝佳的循环稳定性和倍率性能。

     

巴斯夫欧洲、中东和非洲地区纤维粘合业务总监Thorsten Habeck博士表示:“适用于电动汽车的高性能锂离子电池,为实现气候中和方面发挥关键作用。我们很高兴能够向客户展示有关负极粘合剂关键性能指标的有效数据,帮助他们在开发项目中提高电池容量和生产效率。”

 

巴斯夫为锂电子电池负极材料所开发的Licity® 粘合剂系列产品,适用于纯石墨以及硅碳活性材料。它们有助于防止电极膨胀,从而提升电池容量。Licity® 粘合剂也有助于增加循环寿命及减少充电时间。此外,Licity®采用经欧盟认证的生物质平衡方案,以更持续的方式生产,从而节约化石资源,减少温室气体排放。
